(27,985 posts)Obama has the White House. He can, though he won't, phone it in from this point forward. I want to put the sweat of my brow where it is most useful. Down ticket. I want to make sure Obama's coattails will sweep in many progressive Democrats.

(25,415 posts)We have the debates to look forward to Romney humiliating himself further. It is never over till it is over but Mittens looks toasted and burnt today.

(27,985 posts)Poking at the stinking politically dead guy. Notice how I always put politically before that. I don't want to see Mitt dead, I want to see him humiliated and shamed out of the public arena.

(34,404 posts)The crawl on GMA describing Romney's little faux pas as being reported by "left-leaning magazine Mother Jones" which could mean a lot of folks tune this out as a partisan spat.

(27,985 posts)I promise. CNN has picked it up. HLN still has their head up their ass, but how is that different from any Tuesday. MSNBC is hitting it hard. NBC has talked about it. Don't worry. It's growing big fat hairy legs.
Romney is politically dead in the water.

This is my biggest fear that Dems will stay home now and think it's all in the bag and I am not talking about the OP
I mean" Joe the Dem sometime voter if I get off work early enuf and it's not raining" folks
I also wonder if MSM will call Obama early in the election day which will reduce west coast voting for dems
its not over til the fat lady sings boyz

(27,985 posts)Obama has Romney working for him now. Though he won't, Obama can phone it in. It will be a landslide. I want those down ticket to get help now too.

(27,985 posts)I wasn't going to do GOTV this year. I was, of course, going to vote straight Dem ticket, but I was disheartened earlier in the year. Romney has brought back the fire in my gut. Besides, I want to see what kind of legacy Obama will create in his second term. And there's the SCOTUS possible nominations and so on.
I'm back and I will be GOTV.
