I only find two articles about this person, both of them by UPI, one in which he is "accused" and the second in which he is "charged". No followup.
Ordinarily a crime this sensational would receive a lot of attention.

what else happened around then that would knock this out of the news? and no follow up anywhere that I can find and I have stupidly been going back many pages on the google for the past hour!

this was kind of interesting -
Defendant's next claim is that he was prejudiced by the State's use of an arrest sheet which incorrectly noted that the defendant had two previous arrests for murder.

got him into some kind of facility...but that was about the height of rayguns defunding of those, wasn't it?
