now we know why he has that eye thing - that dead zone gaze. It's because he is dead and he lives on dead things like broken companies and broken dreams of others.

I suppose this is confusing to him tho - this backlash against him. I don't think he even knows why what he says is so awful. He was brought up totally different that most of us - while we were scrambling on the hamster wheel to provide ourselves and our families a living, he was practicing sucking the life out of things that are not yet dead. While our small victories and accomplishments made us feel proud and hopeful, he would look upon them with disdain and revulsion - it's got to be about a lot of money or it's not worth anything in his eyes.
