I had to look at the tweet video ad closer and I do see that. I can't identify who that is, but it's not Kamala Harris.
But I still like the idea of Ms. Harris being VP, but it's not my decision to make. Either way, I will be voting Biden for President and Roy Cooper for Governor in early voting this October.
