(21,046 posts)I talk about Right Speech (Buddhist concept, part of the Noble Eight Fold Path) and then I'm the bad guy all of a sudden. It's their choice to live in hatred and negativity.
Caroline Myss is a healer who says "Liars don't heal. Your body knows when you are not speaking the truth."
I'm assuming that hate eats you up in heart disease and stress. As somebody once said, hating someone is letting them live rent free in your head.
