NEW: Satellite images obtained by CNN show recent activity at a previously undeclared North Korean facility that experts suspect is being used to manufacture nuclear warheads. This comes as Deputy Secretary Biegun is in Seoul where he said the US is ready to restart talks w/ North Korea once Kim appoints a "prepared & empowered" lead negotiator. He also said admin did not request a meeting w/ NK officials prior to the trip. As a reminder, this is what Trump said after a summit with Kim in 2018:
"Just landed - a long trip, but everybody can now feel much safer than the day I took office ... "There is no longer a Nuclear Threat from North Korea."

Yeah, I thought so.
Loser.
ETA: To be clear, this is sarcasm and I'm not advocating an attack on North Korea.
