The teachers, administrators and parents will reject the new CDC Guidelines

Keep digging Don the criminally negligent Con and mother's boy. 132,000 dead and 3,000,000 million infected.

Enough is enough! Public safety first. The Con cannot turn this into a for or against the Con issue. The longest rope has an end. ByeDon!

Do you leave the schools shut to prevent the spread from little people mingling haphazardly, as kids do, infecting each other, parents and teachers, or do you open up the education system and deal with the resultant - potential - explosion of the pandemic?

Personally, I think it is a non brainer. Live, healthy kids (and parents, teachers) is so much better as an alternative to the possible disaster this could bring.
Miss out on a year of schooling, or ignore the danger?

Today was a new daily high in new cases (61,000+) and will only get worse. Opening bars, restaurants, beaches, etc caused increases, opening schools will be a lot worse and right before the election too.

When kids make their voting parents and grandparents sick tRump is not going to look like a good choice, even for borderline voters. When teachers start getting sick or quit, it will be an additional nail in gRump's coffin of reelection.

Kids going to school and becoming super spreaders. The explosion of new infections and inevitable deaths tied directly to newly opened school districts. And all this in the heat of an election campaign, with weeks to go in the single digits. An election shaping up to be a referendum on Donnie's galactically incompetent handling of this pandemic. Republican clowns in positions of authority prove beyond a doubt that America is in no way, shape or form a meritocracy, but a society run by fence post dumb money grubbers. Seriously, how fucking stupid can you get?

Giving them the benefit of the doubt...sort of. Maybe they think they can ramp up the pandemic to the point that they can delay the election. That would take strategic thinking I don't think they collectively posses. But lets say some nefarious muse put that one in someone's ear. They better be ready for protest and rioting that will make the last month seem like child's play. Then again, I don't think they're smart enough to think that far ahead. We know Donnie Two Hands can't think much past breakfast.

and he's dying to get "his" economy back, like that could happen, but he's discovering that most of us have tacitly decided that he can't have it back and we won't help him one bit.

Enough have died and with no help on sight, he doesn't get shit. All that money, we can turn that to shit for him too.
