Seems like an acute political vulnerability that will be hammered relentlessly

Which is why he's already gone to Twitter to whine and moan about it.

He wanted the quick kill. He wanted to have it all over with today.

No chin-jutting, no pimp-strut, just more whining about HOW UNFAIR it all is.

Hiding the records until the election was only one of his objectives.

More important was to keep the documents away from prosecutors. They're getting them. He's screwed.

And it wasn't even close. The three Republican appointees on the Court, including both of his appointees and the Chief Justice, smacked him down. He looks weak and desperate.

And I'm not that concerned about them getting turned over before the election. They wouldn't have changed anyone's mind. The majority of us already know the guy is a crook. His supporters think he walks on water and either believe he's not a crook or they don't care - and nothing in those documents would make any difference.

he definitely lost and the 2 SCJ's that he thought would rule in his favor, well, he badly miscalculated.

I sure as hell wouldn't want to be any staff member in the WH today, you just know this is his reaction.

All I know is the fact that not a single document has to be turned over to the NY Prosecutor or Congress, today or for Months to come.

When it finally happens, and the 1st document gets turned over, then I'll celebrate.

I'm fully aware that the public never would have seen the documents, that's not my point. My point is that the can just got kicked down the road. That is a victory for him, regardless of the fact he technically lost.

That's what he's terrified of.

The only reason he cares about them being released to the public is that the prosecutors would get their hands on them. Otherwise, he doesn't care because they won't change anyone's mind about them.

But they are going to the prosecutors and they are likely full of evidence of criminal behavior on his part. THAT'S what he's been afraid of all the time.

But the topic will remain very alive, with many questions hanging like a dark cloud over his campaign.

I just tend to be a glass half empty guy, and so I take no solace in the fact that he was able to kick the can down the road.

That's what he's done his entire Miserable life. Delay, Delay, Delay.

When he actually pays the piper, I'll celebrate!
