And the kink in the US constitution on check on power is exposed; TIMING, the courts can take their

... time to rule on issues especially when it comes to getting a president elected.

So it looks like a president can abuse power to get reelected say like 9 months out from an election, the courts can take their time to rule on the abuse of power, then the president gets elected ... no recourse afterwards in regards to impeachment.

Prosecutors can ...ask... for expedited cases but the courts don't have to respond on issues like elections etc.

Congress wont know about Trumps taxes before the election, big win for Trump

Trump sends out tanks and other military forces to urban areas to suppress votes, congress and municipalities sue, courts take their time in regards to the back/forth, Trump gets reelected ... America is screwed.

Trump is evil, so I wouldn't put it past him to do such very thing
