Yes, the lower courts could take their sweet time sorting things out, meaning we might not immediately see the tax returns and financials before the election.

But the issue will still be hanging over Trump's head and we will continue to ask why Trump refuses to release these documents all the way up to November. It will still be a strong point of debate even without seeing the documents themselves.
