I didn't realize he was actually out. I heard he was going to be then they said he couldn't last I knew. Hope the best for him.

He violated that and was seen, with his family, dining in a NY restaurant last week or within the last couple of weeks. That was an absolutely stupid thing to do if he wanted to remain out of lockup. Damn it, just order fucking takeout. It's safer anyway.

Cohen has been in jail for months but hasn't been killed.
