The spirit world and the physical world. Being thrust under the water into the physical means Trump isn't ready to live in the spirit realm...too full of sins. This can be seen when Jesus takes a spirit's ungodly traits, puts them into pigs (unclean flesh, human incarnations) and they jump into water and drown...enter our world of death, multiple deaths until we get it right.
