I didn't pursue but does mention insurance reimbursement.
They fed ex'd as stated. You register and take your own swab sample. FDA approved ( I know doesn't mean anything since trump rushed them ). Fed ex it back same day you take swab. When they receive they will text you results w/I 48 hrs.
Hope this isn't against DU rules to post. I just happened upon this. Looks totally legit. Everlywell does other tests too.

I've had those tests for the flu. It's not excruciating or anything, but it is uncomfortable enough where I can see most people not being able to do it to themselves.

(17,460 posts)2 to 4 cm would be about 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch. That seems doable.
When I was in the ER for the flu, they stuck it in until they hit my brain.

Just curious... re: Must be a sample deep up into nasal cavity... Why is that? The virus doesn't live lower?

(17,460 posts)flu virus resides deep in the nasal cavity. The Corona Virus may be detected lower in the nasal cavity, but I have no idea if that is true, or why it would be.

I just know that in Texas - since Gov Abbott and Trump are buddies and Abbott was promised something by the devil for him to disrupt testing, it's hard to find live testing or you have to wait many hours.
This home test better than nothing?

(42,770 posts)Of @250k, we probably had a good 10 sites. Some for profit, some free, some drive through. Now only two left. CVS - you have to be sick with Covid. The other was booked. We drove 40 miles for a for-profit test that didn't require symptoms.
