Without Rasmussen, Obama is up 3.45.

I am starting to think Rasmussen is tainted.

So, I have started to do my own average of the polls leaving Rasmussen out. Also, on RCP Obama is leading outside the margin of error on five of the eleven polls that show him leading and his -2 on Rasmussen is within the margin of error.
