MF45 2020 store being put in a gas station I once worked...

First, let me..

The old station has been out of business now for a few years. (Before you ask, I left 20 years ago so NOT my fault )

Drove by a few days ago on my way to a dr appt. The sign outside (professional) says "Trump 2020 Merchandise Store".

Again...

Its not open yet and the windows are blocked out. A construction crew was taking out the old gas pumps.

I feel somehow violated. I know that's an irrational emotional response.

The counter where I made friends, coffee, and met my sweetheart after my shift...

On 9/11 everyone panicked and headed to the station for gas. The credit card machines were down, so I had to make copies for later.

I spent hours on the hot sun directing traffic to the pumps and bringing ice water to the folks in hot cars.

I hope it goes bankrupt.

You'll be a Trump patriot.

Don't wear any anti-Trump stuff.

.....likely gives lip service to "buy American" and once inside will be confronted with the fact that everything is made in China. I know that the dissonance may be lost on them, but it's nice to think that it may give them some pause. Trump yammers on about reviving American jobs and industry, but has he ever really told Americans to stop buying Chinese goods?

Make yourself the good guy, a Trump supporter.

Nominally, of course.

Not very subtle or nuanced.

Lined up, confederate, trump, christian flags with confederate insignia on them.

I really want to stop and ask the owner if I could get a Pride flag. I bet they keep the swastikas behind the counter...

Tell the EPA the old storage tanks are leaking fuel into the water table. Sit back and wait for the inspectors to arrive.

Actually, having a counter propaganda stand next to it with Biden, BLM and Covid paraphernalia will be more profitable.

I don't travel down that road often, but judging by the amount of merchandise he had set up I suspect he is there frequently. It was several tables and tents, kind of like how the fireworks stands are set up.
