That they sent dozens of swabs dipped into saline and they came back positive for Covid.
This is not possible.
You cannot send a test to a lab without a patient attached and reimbursement information unless you commit fraud to do it. Period.
I call bullshit on this.
Now Im not saying that there arent bad tests out there that will give you a false positive or a false negative.
But I implore everyone. If you see someone claiming that they did this...contact their employer because it is impossible to do without committing Medicare fraud or falsifying patient records.

(10,303 posts)The lab tech would probably be querying the sample. And I'll have to ask such a lab tech but if a swab were dipped in saline and ran through a PCR test it most certainly would come back negative or with strange readings that would make the lab tech query the sample.
