Michael Cohen just filed a lawsuit against AG Barr claiming that he was sent back to prison for refusing an "unconstitutional demand" to gag him and stop his book.

Eye-catching detail:

Michael Cohen claims that Trump's attorney Charles Harder sent him a cease and desist letter on April 30 this year, alleging he signed an NDA stopping him from publishing the book.

Harder used the same claim in a failed attempt to block Mary Trump's memoir.

Cohen claims he reversed himself and agreed to sign the BOP's conditions when he was being shackled, for fear of contracting Covid-19 in prison.

But it was too late by then, according to the lawsuit.

He says he is now in solitary confinement.
