Now it's tweeting about renaming bases and forts

?s=21

I spoke to highly respected (Chairman) Senator @JimInhofe, who has informed me that he WILL NOT be changing the names of our great Military Bases and Forts, places from which we won two World Wars (and more!). Like me, Jim is not a believer in “Cancel Culture”.

Numbnuts keeps getting reelected in Oklahoma where you just have to have an R after your name. You could be Hitler and get reelected here if you were a republican.

Inhofe is almost as senile as Trump. It is mind-boggling that he is still in the senate. Like you say, voters in Oklahoma will elect anyone with an "R" after their name.

Those traitor names will come off those bases though one way of another no matter what the racist tweets.

He's a non-leader not just on the virus crisis but also on the racial inequality reckoning. Time to cancel culture him.

14. Vetoproof congressional majorities say it's going to happen whether Inhofe wants it or not

Senators approved the National Defense Authorization Act in a 86-14 blowout. Both the House and Senate have passed bills this week with majorities large enough to overcome a veto from Trump.
...
The measure would kick off a process forcing the Pentagon to scrub names, monuments and paraphernalia honoring the Confederacy and its leaders from military bases and assets over the next three years. The House defense bill passed Tuesday, would force the renaming of bases within a year.

The effort, sponsored by former presidential candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), comes amid protests over systemic racism and police brutality across the country. Ten Army bases are named for Confederate military leaders.

Trump has said his administration won't consider renaming bases — labeling it an attempt to rewrite U.S. history — contradicting Pentagon leaders who've said base names should be reviewed. The president has also warned he'd veto defense legislation that would rename bases.

Why does Trump think Inhofe has a choice, or say?

The whole right wing apparatus thinks this is the memorable and repeatable mantra du jour.

Feels soooooooo forced.

I used to envy the Republicans and their ability to amplify singular messaging, but now it always just feels contrived and lame.
