They may have wanted this out there to gauge public reaction to Harris being the front runner.

I've just gone back to the pix search and cannot find one that shows more of Joe that the pic I posted.

However Time.com have posted the same pic, so have Business Insider so that might count for something.

Good pickup mate!

my guess is that he may have expected question about her after the Chris Dodd reports of Dodd not recommending Harris for VP and Biden wanting to smooth things over. If he does not plan to pick her, he would definitely want to put out good talking points anyway, so I don't think this necessarily means she is the pick.

Biden’s notes: ‘Do not hold grudges’ against Kamala Harris

By BILL BARROW and ANDREW HARNIK

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Joe Biden was uncharacteristically tight-lipped on Tuesday about the final stretch of his search for a vice president. But the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee seemed prepared to talk about at least one leading contender: California Sen. Kamala Harris.

As he took questions from reporters on Tuesday, Biden held notes that were captured by an Associated Press photographer. Harris’ name was scrawled across the top, followed by five talking points.

“Do not hold grudges.” “Campaigned with me & Jill.” “Talented.” “Great help to campaign.” “Great respect for her.”
