I had a boyfriend about 20 years ago who, I am convinced, had a borderline personality disorder. Prior to being with him I had never been around anyone who acted like that. It was a total coincidence that I learned about personality disorders at work during the time I was with him.

Life was miserable. I crave a drama-free life and have never had a serious relationship since.

Curious because I'm a Physical Therapist and I'm taking great joy knowing he is in constant pain just be looking at his posture. The ramp and water thing looked like a mini-stroke or TIA.

His posture (butt out, arching back) is going to make stenosis worse. He may have some lower lumbar disk issues from standing that ways so long. Either way, he is experiencing weakness in the anterior tibialis. Maybe related to the other issues, but I think this is different. But he is definitely in a lot of pain.

He has the same forward lean.
