Former President Barack Obama reportedly revealed to supporters this week what’s keeping him awake at night.

Obama, during a virtual fundraiser for presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden on Tuesday, said he feared the prospect of President Donald Trump questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election, The New York Times reported on Thursday.

In the online event with actor George Clooney, Obama also reportedly expressed grave concern about Republican voter suppression efforts.

In public, Obama’s criticism of his successor has mostly been muted, and he rarely mentions Trump by name. In private fundraising appearances, however, Obama has explicitly called out Trump multiple times, according to the Times.

calmly and correctly brought trump to the White House and briefed him things. He did it in
spite of believing something was amiss. He did it to ensure the orderly transfer of power,
according to the vote of American people. trump is the opposite.

for John Lewis today, and he deserved the standing ovation he received. He had the national stage and used it...more, please, from BHO.

I'm hoping that as Biden's campaign goes into full power, they utilize Obama for all his worth in securing Biden's win. Obama is one of Biden's greatest assets, and needs to highlighted accordingly.
