Donald Trump Tweet: "Payroll Tax Cut plus Dollars!"

https://www.rawstory.com/2020/08/trump-sent-a-garbled-tweet-on-the-stimulus-negotiations-and-it-didnt-go-well/

President Donald Trump’s mental acuity was once again debated online after the leader of the free world sent a five-word tweet.

“Payroll Tax Cut plus Dollars!” Trump posted.

The tweet was apparently garbled enough that Twitter added a “translate” link, which displayed identical text when clicked.

The tweet was sent after White House chief of staff Mark Meadows failed to reach a deal with Speaker Nancy Pelosi on the next round of stimulus funding.

Someone wondered if he is taking the cognitive test again. But does he get extra credit for getting the words in the right order?

SS is calculated on the average of the highest 35 years of SS wages. It there is a payroll tax cut it would not effect the SS Wage total for a given year and thus not effect the average of the highest 35 years.

mess with that but I could be wrong. Last time this was done I believe money was taken fr the general fund to make up the difference in lost revenue.

So ultimately, there was no effect on the finances of SS and Medicare. It's unclear whether that would be the case this time, but regardless, it's a bad idea.

But Gov. got in the habit of using it, then "replacing " it.
Normally the fund paid out by selling Treasury bonds.
Normally the bonds had value.

but with Mnuchin and trump emptying the Treasury with both hands, and burying us in generations of debt, I am very concerned about how current payments will be made, not to mention later ones.

it clarifies that whatever money he's gotten or success he's gotten or power he's gotten has all been due to his whiteness and his maleness.

his supporters love that, because it eliminates the possibility that he got where he is based on merit, meaning their own whiteness and maleness must also have great value.

Leave SocSec & Medicare alone, and stimulate the economy PINO ruined.
Very simple.
Even PINO could get this.
