ARIZONANS! Did Arpaio lose?

I'm looking at an Arizonan election site, and the Maricopa Sheriff race has been stuck at the same numbers for over an hour, but I can't tell from the site if they're still waiting for more results, or if they just haven't bothered to declare a winner. It's showing Sheridan ahead of Joe by about 500 votes.

I was thinking since it's just one county, it should be counted by now, but I see there's nearly 5 million people in it.

Just wondering if the TV machine has said anything. I'm guessing Arpaio will demand a re-count/runoff if such thing is allowed under Arizona law.

as the publican candidate. He lost in the last general election, and I believe the state is more blue now than it was.
