listening NY & NJ trumphucks?

We have mandated quarantines for quite a few states here in New York - and they are mostly from the South and West...

Positivity Rate is 1.0 in NY.
It's 18.4 in Florida & 13.8 in Texas.
But, it is true that NY & NJ have more than 48,000 of the 160k deaths, or >30%.
But, what PINO stupidly says here is that the other 112k are "good".
Really, it would be higher, because at a per capita national average, those 2 states would still be at 18,000. So, even then it would be 130,000 dead!
So, I guess 160,000 is bad, but 130,000 is completely fine!

He literally said take out the two states who are probably in the best shape of anyone now?

There was a time, many weeks ago, that it could be said with some measure if accuracy. And it was indeed heard in some media outlets.
