Roger "Doc" Marshall is perfect for the Republican party.

“This is Randy Suchy,” the caller began when the Barton County 911 dispatcher answered on May 9, 2008. Suchy, 61, and Marshall, 55, had feuded over property issues, court records show.

“I’ve got Dr. Marshall over here, trespassing. He just about ran over me,” he said.

The dispatcher asked about location and said:

“And this is Dr. Marshall?”

“Yeah.”

“He tried to run you over?”

“Well, yeah,” Suchy said, saying Marshall, driving a Dodge pickup, “got me in between the telephone poles” and “he was spinning out.” Suchy called 911 after Marshall had driven away.
