how is everyone doing in NC, PA, DEL, MD, NJ. NY, CT?
I am still out in Putnam Cty, NY. Looks like ar least one more day. How is everyone else out there?

Due to medical needs we have a whole house generator. If you can afford one, it is a great addition to our home and eliminates a lot of worry.

(27,311 posts)quickly compared to a lot of households in my county. JCP&L doesn't expect complete restoration until the 11th. Since Tuesday, it's gone out a few times for a few minutes, including the middle of last night.

(205,320 posts)I posted a thread on the effects of the storm in this area, several thousand were out in Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties here in Northeastern New York. And I recently had an exchange with a DUer on Long Island who doesn't expect the power to be restored until Sunday.
