(5,727 posts)then ALL of their posts may get that warning from that point forward, or just some posts, seemingly chosen by random. It's like a mild annoying "zero tolerance" policy, as applied by moderator bots.
I've seen a photo of a bag of 7-Eleven chocolate-covered almonds get the "potentially sensitive content" warning.
