Trump, on Hannity to talk Harris, is talking windmills

Tweet from the NYT's Nick Corasaniti -- one of many tweets I've seen tonight about what sounds like one of Trump's most deranged, incoherent interviews yet. Hannity apparently tried to steer the interview, but Trump was babbling all over the place. (I'll post a transcript later if I can find one.)
