They took videos of inappropriate law enforcement behavior and sent them to agencies as complaints.

I think we have to fill the inboxes of these agencies and others with complaints of totally unacceptable behavior like this. I hope the fellow who was threatened and actually touched by this officer gets a lawyer and sues.
