, la. I think I can remember seeing it this way. I had the same problem with Buttigieg. I do not watch TV so I do not hear, but read the names. I am lousy with names. Thank you.

I saw someone use " , la" on twitter in a post earlier, and wished I'd seen it a few years ago!

I still mess up Mayor Pete from time to time!

I have a tendency to mispronounce her name. Thanks for posting this video!

But maybe I should think about it as CALM-ola. Because her presence as VP-nominee AND hopefully future First Female Vice President, will certainly calm my nerves!

CALM-ola!

I couldn’t be happier. After Biden secured the nom, Biden-Harris became my dream ticket.

I'm still getting used to this, but I succeeded in learning "Rachel Mad-OH" instead of "Rachel Mad-OW" even though many of her MSNBC colleagues say it wrong, so I'm sure I'll get used to this too.

They (including Kamala herself) are using an 'a', not an 'o' - just as you'd expect. I'd suggest it's pronounced like 'calm' in US English: https://dictionary.cambridge.org/pronunciation/english/calm
