Are the Romney Campaign Managers Clueless, is it Sabotage, or are they Just Plain Stupid?

They send Paul Ryan into a room full of senior citizens at an AARP Conference and he stands in front of them shitting on Medicare and Obamacare. Huh?

You might as well try selling tanning products at an Albino Conference.

The R and R campaign managers are what? Dumb, lazy, clueless, confused? I've never seen anything like it.

I mean come on. Mitt goes to England and leaves looking like an ass. He then goes to Israel and leaves looking like an ass. He does the RNC in Tampa...and leaves looking like an ass (with the help of the infamous CHAIR speech.) He gets caught on tape saying some really stupid shit about the 47%. His wife melts down on a radio show yesterday. He refuses to release tax returns while demanding ten years of tax returns for VP Candidates. He screwed the pooch on the timing of the Libya comments and was raked over the coals. FUCKING SPRAY TAN at a latin media interview????

The wheels are not only coming off...the engine has overheated and the transmission is seriously slipping.

I have been wondering ever since the Anglo Saxon comment, so this was back in late July. I thought they were merely incompetent at first. Now, I am wondering if something more sinister (in our favor) is going on.

Although I am not a campaign manager, I can say this. If Karl Rove could get Bushy elected twice you it proves you can certainly polish a turd. However, Rove is not working for Romney, directly anyway, and is camapaign people just SUCK.

the best you can do is shut up when they're talking and offer nothing, I can see that happening within the Romney camp,
add to that, you have Queen Ann? No one wants to get fired.

McCain wasn't really as stupid as Mitt. His problem was he didn't distance himself from Bush, by leaving the Republican Party. He might have done better as an Independent. I am glad he didn't test that theory though because I think he would have continued every bad Bush policy decision ever made.

This is like an alternate ending of "The Emperor's New Clothes" where even after everyone acknowledges that he has no clothes he just goes on mooning them.

and they have no fucking clue about the world outside of the refined air of the executive suites. Running for Massachusetts governor can't compare to a nationwide presidential campaign in 2012.

This is the way I talk. If it offends you then that us unfortunate. I have to hide my politics, religious beliefs, language at work all day, with my in laws, etc. When I come to DU I feel open to be me. I guess that includes my use of colorful language.
