Aside from voting, what else can we do to help Biden win?

A lot of us feel GOTV is not enough. even if early or in-person.
We need ideas and solutions to get rid of Trump. Some ideas:

* Report misinformation. If active on different social media platforms (FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) report misinformation and other Terms Of Service (TOS) violations to moderators. Hopefully a lot of such posts will be flagged or removed.

* Bring a friend (or two) to vote. Make sure complacent friends actually vote. Physically bring them with you to your local poll.

* Volunteer! There are lots of tasks to help here ...

If you have other ideas or bona fide volunteer opportunities to help the DNC, please post.

Some newspapers make you pay if it is an endorsement letter. I get around that by framing my letters as ISSUE based using Trump's own words against him. Readers see that Joe Biden is opposed without having to mention his name.

Contributions are important.

Social media is VERY important. I share all of the ads that I see. Whether it's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, sharing ads can go a long way in getting Biden's message out... and the Lincoln Project message. And the Republicans Voting Against Trump (RVAT) message.

I plan to write postcards with https://postcardstovoters.org/.

You can write Letters to the Editor for your newspapers. Keep in mind that "specialty" newspapers should hear your voice. Magazines from AARP, the Blade, etc. If you can do a piece that speaks to a particular community, it will have value.

You MIGHT be able to go to Senior Centers to talk about Biden. Social Distancing, of course.

Back when Obama ran in 2008 and 2012, I had a button business. It was very successful. Consider doing that. Design your own buttons, find buttons on line and then ask various venues if you can sell the buttons. Be creative, think outside the box. Anywhere that people are gathering - sell buttons there. Probably not HomeDepot and Walmart, but there may be grocery stores that are pro-Biden.

Similarly, you can sign people up to volunteer, you can sign people up to get yard signs. You can pass out one page fold-over fliers with Joe's message. I passed out fliers at bus-stations. You might be able to pass them out at gas stations.

Places where people are - bus stations, train stations, subways. They are bored, and you can have a meaningful audience. Or just give them something to read on the bus/train.

Cher just did a virtual fundraiser. Consider doing that. Find musicians who want to play before an audience, set up a Zoom meeting (or some portal) and ask people to donate when they listen to the music.

At any rate, those are my ideas, off the top of my head.

Many locations are short of staff due to C19. If you feel safe enough, that's one way you can help.

Contact any Democratic campaign and they will set you up to make calls from home. It is easy: they give you a script and a list of numbers to call. I get the information right on my computer screen and use my phone to call. I use my own words so I feel comfortable . All of my calls so far have been to Democrats helping them to make a plan to vote.

Find a way to end these protests to keep the protesters and rioters from gift wrapping another win for Trump on Election Day.

The longer they stay in the news the better Trump's chances of winning are, in fact right now they are Trump's best chance of winning, it's why he's traveling to Wisconsin today, hoping for a riot to break out.
