A reason why Trump won't allow in-person intelligence briefings on election interference

I believe that WHEN Trump loses, he is going to say that the Chinese (and perhaps Iran) interfered with the election and therefore the results are invalid. If the results are close, he's going to say that so many foreign powers interfered that it doesn't really change anything.

This is Putin's whataboutism at play: by not allowing in person intelligence briefings on election interference, no one can really challenge or question is what is being said, since there is nothing but a paper report. It will allow Trump to say "what about Chinese interference? What about Iran interference?" It allows him to bury the Russian interference.

Do I know this for a fact? Nope. It's just Occam's Razor.

I need correction on that part but at least one house of Congress has to try and resolve the issue. After that, if they cannot resolve it, then the Speaker steps in.
