It's downright scary what's going on. Excellent and in-depth discussion of this issue.
The guest is Trevor Potter of the Campaign Legal Center (video of his spot on The Colbert Report, which really shows in a humorous way what is going on...like money laundering).
Note: The Campaign Legal Center describes itself as a non-partisan 503(c) org. However, a rightwingnut site describes it as a "shadowy organization" with ties to George Soros.
