Lately I've been reminded of historical incidents to ultimately kill

the people that were in the way of people who wanted all the power.

I think our gripe about the lack of good reporting and the actual lying from “news” agencies like Fox is looking more and more like the concerted effort to control the information that actually has a definite purpose. Nazi Germany deliberately had a ministry of propaganda, with Goebbels in charge.

So it looks like this is what Trump and his pals at Fox are trying to do, though it appears to be quite clumsy because we know they’re lying. In order for propaganda to work all information outlets must be suppressed. Yet I think this has been a real plan which makes it more sinister than just merely lying off the cuff. A plan that hasn’t worked too well, yet.

Another thing that bothers me is Trump charging forward and holding rallies with no one wearing masks. These are being called super spreader events for obvious reason, but I can’t help thinking of our early government giving blankets with small pox viruses to Native Americans. We all know that Trump and his handlers who probably include Putin think we should all get sick with COVID and get it over with so we can have herd immunity. They have so mishandled the virus up to now that they probably think just going whole hog for herd immunity is the thing to do.

If they were to succeed and only 1% of the population dies that would be 3.5 million people. This is acceptable to Trump as long as it would put the virus behind us. He knows if his base get infected they will infect all the rest of us pretty quickly. The way the virus spreads their goal of everyone getting sick would happen in a month or so. Just in time for the elections.
