Hits a third shot to 20 feet. Calls the putt good. Says he made a four. With his putting stroke he had a 2% dance of making a 4, a 10% chance of making a 6. But, writes down 4.
Second example: drive in rough. Second shot right. Third shot goes in water. Drops on other side of pond. Chips to 10. Calls it a 5. 75% chance it was really a 7.
The fluffing of a lie, or even kicking the ball is small potatoes compared to guy who simply lies about what he actually made on a hole.

could be the heel lifts he wears with his mess suits, I mean dress suits. But in this clip, it looks like he's using the club as a cane to support his left leg. It's a very short video of course.
