He did a shit job, lost/threw out thousands of $$$ of our stuff, never so much as mowed the yard. Has been hustling us for more money, and lying his ass off, for 2 years. We just took an offer 30% under "ask", and now we have to sue him to even recover the value of the missing stuff.

Pretty sure he's a Trumpkin. And I think he got to playing "big shot", and thought he was "flipping" the place.
