what they are hoping it will be? So they are trying to stir up things to make it a whole night of wait and see what the outcome will be? Listening to Andrea Mitchell and CNN, for example, their quality of questions are unbelievable and are not even a question of substance! We want Trump to be trounced and that way there is no recourse for him to question the outcome! Plain and simple! I would be happy if by 10 pm we have the results rather than it being dragged out into days or weeks!

The media wants a horse race. In the end that don't really care for the people who will be harmed under Trump.

(53,809 posts)if the winner is not wrapped up by 10pm. The new term doesn't start until noon on Jan. 20. If the count takes a couple of days or a week. There's no rush, what with the repugs screwing with the PO and mailed ballots.

(38,958 posts)The more drama, the more horse race, the more talking heads offering this or that possibility with overly dramatic intro music and red, white & blue sets the better for them.
Do yourself a favor and turn the Cable Infotainment off. There purpose is to fill airtime between ads for drugs we never knew we needed.
