"And a cast of thousands!"

For some of their more grandiose productions, movie studios would sometimes hire people to show up for some immense crowd scene, pay them a dollar a day (or some such going rate), and fill the Coliseum in ancient Rome, or whatever venue they were trying to fill. This was decades before the days when computer imaging could do it for them.

There are ads like this before almost every Trump rally. Some people think they're fake. Other people say they've taken the jobs, or their friends have.

Craigslist even removed the ads at one time. Anyone can put an ad on Craigslist.

It may be hard to believe, but he actually has supporters who WANT to go to his shitshows.

Just like he and putin are planting things on social media , and in the media , its all disinformation, designed to make him look better, when he really doesn't, and the media still show him and others promoting propaganda to the American people. I refuse to watch networks that take part in doing this. I suspect even here on this site they have some doing that promoting him with lies and distorted truths.

Someone (anyone could) posted this on Craigslist, as they do before every Trump rally:

1) nobody has ever come forward to say they were hired by the Trump campaign through one of these Craigslist ads.

2) since they're so easily reported, no campaign would hire actors this way; they'd go through a talent agency.

You've heard of starving artists and starving actors? Well, they'd have to be really desperate to be paid to cheer at a Trump rally...

Donald Trump is hiring minority actors and actresses on Craigslist to appear at his upcoming rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We keep getting asked if it’s true, so here’s our fact check.

This ad did in fact appear on Craigslist, and it claims to be coming from the Trump 2020 campaign:

We keep seeing this story, but I don't think it is ever true. It's a prank ad.
