I wouldn't put mail that I cared about in a blue box on the street.

I grew up in a fairly affluent neighborhood. No boxes there that I remember.
I live in the suburbs now; theres a blue box up at the grocery a few blocks away. Not in the neighborhood.
I just find that an odd meme.

(24,890 posts)8. Where I live (the 2nd tier income area) there are blue boxes in the surrounding commercial areas.
But go to the very well off area and they exist inside the neighborhoods on street corners. I doubt they will be carted off by the lunatic USPS "leader". Ie the point of the joke.
