Judges on Trump's future SCOTUS list should have to recuse themselves from Trump cases.

I just read on WaPo that (on the recent Florida felon voting rights decision) "Three of the six judges joining in the 11th Circuit’s dubious ruling are on President Trump’s list of possible Supreme Court picks should he win a second term." How is Trump's putting a judge on a SCOTUS candidate list not dangling a bribe in front of them? They should be forced to recuse from cases where Trump has any interest in the outcome.
