Here’s a COVID rate chart. Yes, the NorthEastern states, because of their early exposure and dense populations, still lead cumulatively. But beyond that, there doesn’t appear to be any blue state/red state division. My blue sets rate is below that of Louisiana and Mississippi, and California is way down there.
