If they can't come up with a non-biased source, then it remains bullshit.

And, yes - they are that stupid. Either that, or they're complicit.

Justice Dept. lawyer Tony West to take over as acting associate attorney general - Washington Post; February 27, 2012

http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/justice-dept-lawyer-tony-west-to-take-over-as-acting-associate-attorney-general/2012/02/24/gIQAqyBOeR_story.html

What's to debunk?

In the United States of American under the Constitution, everyone has a right to legal representation. The article says that when he was in private practice he also represented major corporations (maybe lefties should have been upset with his appointment).

West is apparently a good lawyer.

He's been in this position now for five months, if the Reaganauts have any complaints about his performance, let them put-up or shut-up.

Really ... the righties are getting so very, very pathetic.

They aren't lawyers, they don't understand lawyers and their not bright enough to understand what lawyers do and how they think.

The best response is probably to shrug and say, "so what? You'd hire an attorney who doesn't vigorously advocate for his client?"

(As a personal note, I've represented both sides in criminal and juvenile cases. I found one side personally easier, but gave it my all either way.)
