a Santorum Presidency would be the worst thing that could happen to American Catholics

Because this guy IS what Kennedy WASN'T. Ricky Boy personifies all the fearmongering garbage that was thrown at JFK fifty-two years ago. Santorum would try to govern America by Vatican rules.

I hope this guy never gets near the nomination, let alone the White House itself!

So sayeth this Irish-Canadian Catholic.

I watched the entire process intensely. When Jack said that HE would be running the country and the POPE, I was elated. Even as a preteen I did not WANT the Pope, or priests or nuns, running America. Oh, I though that would be HORRIBLE.

50 plus years later, it isn't only Santorum, but ALL the Repuke candidates who think the their religion should be running the country; good "Christians" all. When did we become a christian theocracy? I can tell you as a little girl I certainly didn't want that.

Rick Santorum, you are no Jack Kennnedy and that is a DETRIMENT to this country.
