Ann Coulter......... disgusting
Fox and Friends host Steve Doocy recently interviewed right wing commentator and author Ann Coulter about her new book, Mugged, which explores what she sees as a racial bias in left-wing politics.
According to Coulter, “the Democrats have a lot to be apologetic about,” because although President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act, she says President Eisenhower really spearheaded the landmark legislation. Coulter expanded further on how, in her opinion, the Democratic Party takes credit for civil rights reforms:
“For a hundred years after the Civil War fought by Republicans to end slavery, it’s Republicans constantly introducing Civil Rights bills that were blocked by Democrats. Why is it that the 1964 Civil Rights Act is treated as if it’s the only Civil Rights Act in U.S. history? Because that was the first one in history ever pushed by a Democrat.”
Coulter adds that progressives like MSNBC’s Chris Matthews don’t have any “black friends” here in the United States and if he were a Republican, he would have been “convicted of racism in two seconds.”
The Mugged author believes that the Democrats gain political advantage by using racially-biased tactics such as telling black people that Republicans hate them for 100 years or taunting the GOP for not having more diversity in their party. She has also accused President Barack Obama of race-baiting on a regular basis.
Coulter continues to say that the media “cries racist in a crowded theater” when someone opposes ObamaCare or when someone like Fox News’ Alan Colmes says “the blacks” instead of “black people.”
She also joked that liberals like Lawrence O’Donnell and Bill Maher ”date black gals so they think they’re freedom riders.” This statement just makes me ill.

Either way, I should have stopped reading after that. To be honest, I should have stopped reading after "Steve Doocy". Right Wing commentators are nothing but clown car passengers; kind of like their politicians.
