Obama aside..how did Romney hurt himself?

1. He CLEARLY turned his back on the Teabaggers by supporting teachers and edumacation, embracing Romney care and health care reform in general if not Obamacare. Talk about Etch-a-sketch!!! It will be interesting to see their reaction.

2. Romney said "I will under no circumstances raise taxes on the middle class" really Mr. "Read my lips" Bush Sr?

3. Fact checkers are tearing everything apart and within a day this will be known as a huge litany of lies rather than a great debate. The lies and his coke-head on red-bull performance will be in ads for the rest of the election.

4. Obama behaved presidential, although not as aggressive as we would like. Don't forget commentators were saying the president couldn't be angry, condescending, professorial- so exactly what could the president do without the media tearing him apart and having Obama being angry being the lead story.

Believe me, I wanted to see the president tear Romney's throat out so I was disappointed last night but there is a silver lining to this.

Romney has a history of trying to be whoever someone wants him to be. I am sure in a few days time he will be back to flip flopping on what he flip flopped about to begin with.

why should President Obama have gotten into a screaming match? To Quote Clinton, he is on the Right side of history.

Last night Mitt Romney ripped his own throat out, with all the lies he told

I think just out of my own frustration and dislike of Romney, I just would like to have seen his head handed to him. I think in the long run Obama's dignity will prove to have been the right choice.

First, I don't think there are that many undecideds left. But Romney's lies will be on tv in countless commercials and on every political show. Accounts of the debates with fact checks will be in every news paper until the next debate. This will be Lyin Ryan all over again.

I just have a bad feeling about this one. (I'm one of those who believes the MSM is trying to make the election close to get good ratings.)

As we speak the news stations are reporting on the lies and tearing apart everything Romney said. So I hope Romney enjoyed his celebratory milk an vanilla wafers last night because its going to get uncomfortable.

He never looked in to the camera. He looked sleazy and sounded like a used car salesman. AND anyone following the election couldn't believe a thing he said anyway because he says anything he thinks will play to the crowd.

on calling out all of the Rmoney's bull.

But, between now and the VP debate, it'll be up to the Rmoney campaign to defend all of the shit he spewed last nite.

Ryan will have to go on national tv against Vice President Biden and have to defend this, which is going to give him a mental meltdown because he'll be spinning like a top.

Yeah, Rmoney dominated the time (thanks to Lehrer who imo did a really piss poor job).

The lies are now out there for all to see.

He's getting torn up by fact checkers this morning. If he tries to lie like this over and over he's going to be seen as the disengenious jerk that he is.
