About Last Night

I was waiting in gleeful anticipation. After the 47% tape, and everything else that the Romney camp has done to show America that he is a job outsourcing, America loathing financial and social psychopath.
I knew Obama was going to do the old 'Foghorn Leghorn" schtick where the Rooster Lifts the hound dog by the tail and wallops his ass with a 2x4.
I watched as Obama nodded in agreement as Romney lied his ass off. I watched Obama looking down at his shoes as Romney scolded him like he was some servant. I listened in horror as Obama explained that there was "little difference between him and Romney" on social security. That was the point where I could take no more and turned it off. These were 9th grade debating team level mistakes and I know damn well Obama knew better. I was shaken.

After waking up this morning I realize that Obama was probably playing it smart. Obama has to run the country while Romney had to do nothing at all but prepare for the debate. But, after watching 30 minutes I just could stand no more of listening to a man who want's to turn this country into Chinese style slave labor sweatshops spew his lies uncontested.

I hope sincerely Obama turns this around in the next debate. You guys can tell me all about it. I won't be watching.

The format is town hall and Mitt Romney won't suddenly know how to relate to regular people in less than two weeks. This is where President Obama shines.

Probably writing down the lies as they were expelled from Romney's mouth.

Shame on you for saying he looked down at his shoes because Romney scolded him.

I didn't know he was looking at his notes. All I knew is he was looking down frowning. It had to be hard for him to hold back and listen to that garbage without lighting Romney up.

I guess in hindsight I have to remember Obama is winning. It's like you are in the tavern, and strike up a conversation with a beautiful woman. You are getting ready to leave together to enjoy the evening, and some loud obnoxious jealous drunk comes up and starts ranting at you. You don't start arguing with the drunk, you just give him "yeah, whatever, buddy" and leave.
