I was just looking at some public records online and saw where someone I know was charged with it.

(47,675 posts)It could also mean pissing in the street, screaming at a store clerk while totally wasted, mowing the lawn at 3 a.m., jamming to a boom box on an elevator, repeatedly (and loudly) farting in a Waffle House booth, dancing naked with a salad shooter in front of the state capitol building, throwing McChickenBalls at passing cars, riding a bike down the double yellow lines of a road, eating fried chicken in a church and tossing bones on the floor, or anything else that you might get pissed off about if someone else did it.
At any rate, it's a misdemeanor. I wouldn't worry about it.
