What does “nuisance conduct” mean, when someone is charged with it? (Original Post) raccoon Oct 2012 OP
It may depend on if it is a state or federal charge. porphyrian Oct 2012 #1

Well, playing a bagpipe at 3 a.m. or mooning people from a bridge overpass probably counts. HopeHoops Oct 2012 #7

It could also mean pissing in the street, screaming at a store clerk while totally wasted, mowing the lawn at 3 a.m., jamming to a boom box on an elevator, repeatedly (and loudly) farting in a Waffle House booth, dancing naked with a salad shooter in front of the state capitol building, throwing McChickenBalls at passing cars, riding a bike down the double yellow lines of a road, eating fried chicken in a church and tossing bones on the floor, or anything else that you might get pissed off about if someone else did it.

At any rate, it's a misdemeanor. I wouldn't worry about it.
