I think we're going to see some real fireworks and that Ryan will discover that you can't lie with impunity 24/7 and have no consequences. I'm not sure it will top what Lloyd Bentsen did to Dan Quayle with the Jack Kennedy line, but I think we will have some fun moments and alter the narrative.
The most important thing is that I really hope that Biden will have the Obama administration take credit for breaking the back of the Great Recession and play up the recovery. I'd like to hear about things moving in the right direction (using the Jobs report) and a promise that the economy will be strong by the same time next year.

I don't think Ryan can create enough falsehoods fast enough to react to the truth.
He's gonna get his ass handed to him on a platter unless I miss my guess.

(10,942 posts)I have been and still am one of the most consistent and strongest Obama supporters, may be that is why I was hammered through the floor by the President's seemingly unconcerned debate performance.

(5,443 posts)He's going to go after Biden with numbers. He'll say that Biden doesn't know them and he does and they work perfectly.
Then he will give bogus numbers with extreme confidence.
