(11,330 posts)corporate giveaways, and tax loopholes.
You've also voted to eliminate federal jobs and to eliminate support for states and localities which forced them to eliminate jobs.
You voted against multiple jobs acts.
Can you explain why you enabled the regulatory crisis and economic conditions which the nations has been suffering for the last 5 years?

(53,339 posts)Although this is no big deal, as "Mr." is one of the proper forms of address for a U.S. Representative.

(6,960 posts)I have no problem with negotiating with the campaigns about times and places, maybe even themes for each of the events.
But it would be far better to have a completely independent organization make the rules and then tell the candidates that they have to abide by them.
Enough of this nonsense negotiating 'titles' or who can come onto the stage after the event concludes ... and when, so on and so forth.
Frankly, I'd like to see notes allowed for the candidates (I hope our President always has information available when making decisions and giving important answers).
Lastly, I'd like these so-called debates to be earlier in the process and downplayed -- over the years they have become corporate news media and pundit extravaganzas way out of proportion to their informational value.

(17,201 posts)Apparently, it doesn't apply to how the participants address each other, and Goober could even pump iron if he wanted to (which might get him a percentage of the 14-16 year-old female vote, if they could vote -- although most 14-16 year-olds I know are far more discerning).
